We have staff both in the USA and in Italy, covering almost 24 hours a day, ready to assist you via email on all MailUp features. The first step is to
open a support ticket
. Standard Email Support does not include consulting services related to the creation and optimization of email messages, HTML editing, deliverability issues, and ways to improve your overall company communications.

Thanks to offices both in the USA and in Italy, we can provide support almost 24 hours a day from Monday through Friday.

We guarantee that your support ticket will be reviewed within 8 business hours and replied-to within 24 business hours from the time it was reviewed.
