WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU

1. Message personalization (mail merge) through MailUp Dynamic Fields
2. Full message statistics that you can view in real time through a password-protected area. Statistics include opens, clicks, user-level activity, bounces, etc. All reports can be printed or exported to MS Excel.
3. Contacts management, including list cleaning and duplicate address removal.
4. Check your contacts database at any time through your password-protected MailUp Console (subscribers, unsubscribed, pending), and easily export the data when needed.
5. Sign-up form that can be used on your own Web site.
6. Web page to load your messages in the browser (e.g. for those that have issues viewing them in their email program).
7. Availability of embedded images (embedded images are shown immediately, even in email clients like Outlook that otherwise block images by default).
8. Set the charset for your message (to handle special characters: e.g. Chinese language).
9. Single mailing: you can hire us even for a one-time mailing. Your MailUp Console will be available for 30 days.
10. Automatic retries: if we can't reach a mailbox, the system will retry automatically for 3 days.
11. Fully compliant with consumer privacy regulations, such as the CAN-SPAM Act in the USA.
12. Service level agreement: mailing completed with 5 hours of the start of the campaign (up to 50,000 recipients). The five hours do not include the time required to setup and test the campaign.
13. Optional reply management (autoresponder setup).
14. Powered by MailUp! Your campaign will be sent through our robust platform, which ensures maximum deliverability.

HOW IT WORKS

1. You will provide the recipients list, which will be loaded into the MailUp system by our staff.
2. You will send us an HTML message (if you need assistance creating an HTML message, please see our custom email message design services), including images to be used in the message
3. You will send us a subscription confirmation message, if you want to use one.
4. We will send a test message within 3 business days, to a list of test addresses that includes test addresses provided by you (e.g. your marketing team).
5. You will provide feedback on the test mailing (within 2 business days), we will make the necessary corrections, and send another test.
6. We will setup and test unsubscription procedures and related landing pages to meet your needs.
7. We will schedule the mailing for the date and time you specify.
8. You will have access to real-time campaign performance statistics
