Pre-Paid Hours

Prepay for a set of hours that you can use for any of our hourly services.

HOURLY SERVICES

Pre-paid hours from which we will deduct time use for the following, hourly services:

Please note that these special terms and conditions apply to "Pre-Paid Hours":

One-time purchase
Your purchase is a one-time charge that does not affect your regular subscription amount
Expiration
"Pre-paid Hours" expire 24 months after your order has been processed (confirmed).
Minimum Engagement Time
There are consulting activities for which a minimum engagement time: design (graphics, HTML, etc.): minimum of 30 minutes; development (any type of custom development): minimum of 60 minutes.
Project Estimate
For any project that will require more than 2 hours of work, we will ask you to approve a project estimate. We will not ask you to do so and will automatically deduct from your current pre-paid hours when the project requires less than 2 hours.
Double Engagement Time for Urgent Requests
For urgent requests (defined as those projects for which you require a start time that is within 8 business hours), we will deduct from your "Pre-Paid Hours" balance an amount of time that is double the amount spent on the project.
