Adds support for dynamic fields for more personalized email messages and a handy "SPAM check" utility that detects whether your message could be labeled as SPAM.
 Dynamic Fields Use special tags to have the system insert automatically information from your contact database. So your message could start with "Dear John Smith, ..." instead of "Dear Customer, ...". Tags can be inserted both in the body of the message and in the subject. There is a table of default values that is customizable for each newsletter: default values are used when the corresponding fields in the contacts database are empty.  Dynamic Content With MailUp you can personalize the content of a message by dynamically inserting different HTML or RSS feeds. For example, you could insert different content depending on where the user is located, their gender or age group, or based on previous activity. The message is built dynamically at the time it is sent, and the conditions upon which different content is inserted can be flexibly defined.  Embedded Images You will be able to embed images into the message, rather than loading them from a remote server. The images are sent as a hidden attachment to the message. The advantage is that the images don't need to be downloaded and therefore are shown immediately, even if the customer is offline when reading the message or his e-mail client blocks images by default (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Outlook, Thunderbird…). The disadvantage is that the message size is larger.  Spam Check What if your message has a high likelihood of being blocked by a SPAM filter?
This handy utility helps you minimize the chances that your message will be considered SPAM. It checks for several "red flags" and provides instructions on what to do to optimize your message. For example, it checks the weight of images against text. It also looks at HTML issues, or the presence of specific words in the text of the messages that are likely to increase its "SPAM score". If the total exceeds 5.0, the message has a high likelihood of either being blocked or end up in the SPAM/Junk folder. For the analysis MailUp leverages SpamAssassin, one of the most popular anti-SPAM systems in the world.
