Multilingual
Since each list can be manage completely separately in your MailUp console, you can manage newsletters in multiple languages, each with its own custom messages (e.g. subscription confirmation message) in the right language and character set. In addition, you can leverage the built-in, optional translation service to have a message translated into another language within 72 hours.
Private labeling

Custom domain
You can use a custom domain (e.g. newsletter.myCompanyName.com) for all URLs used by the system, including tracked links (those for which MailUp tracks statistics), Web pages (e.g. notification pages), and even login to the MailUp console (e.g. you are reselling the service to your clients). Using a custom domain is particularly important in scenarios such as banking or e-commerce as otherwise users might not recognize the URL and believe that it might be a case of phishing. Importing from legacy systems
If you need to import from a legacy system such as AS/400 or MS Outlook, we can do a one-time import for you at no charge, and our asynchronous import process is engineered to handle large contacts databases (millions of emails). And with MailUp you can import and export contact information in a variety of formats, at any time.
Backup
Data is regularly backed up to ensure that important information can be recovered if lost or deleted. Data is backed up twice, in two different, physical locations to ensure full redundancy.

We also offer a proactive support service, where our experienced technicians will proactively contact you to help you optimize your email campaigns (e.g. they will receive your test messages and can contact you before you begin a campaign).
Pre-paid Hours
You can purchase packages of pre-paid hours that you can use to order any of our many hourly services: from HTML editing to the conversion of a Word document into an optimized email message, etc.
Help & Training
We have help desks operating in the USA and in Italy, covering almost 24 hours a day. Help is provided via email by opening a support ticket, unless you have subscribed to a higher level of support service.
