Managing your MailUp Subscription

We are currently updating our subscription management system. Soon you will be able to fully manage your MailUp subscription right from your account. For now, there are certain things you can do on your own, and others for which you will need to contact us.

Converting from a Trial to a Full account

To convert your MailUp account from a free trial to a full subscription, thus removing the limitations of the free trial, do the following:

• Log into your account
• Fill out your account profile. The information you provide will be used in our customer vetting process.
• Once your account has been vetted, you will receive an e-mail from us.
• Log out of your account - if you are logged in - and log back in. You will now see a link to upgrade.
• Place an order for MailUp to upgrade your account: you will be able to select features and a bandwidth level that fit your needs.
• Once your order has been received and approved, your account will be switched to Full status.

How to Add a Feature to Your Subscription

Soon you will be able to add features to your MailUp subscription right from your account. For now, please contact us and we will assist you with adding features to your MailUp account.

How to Upgrade your Bandwidth

Soon you will be able to quickly calculate how much bandwidth you need, how much the upgrade will cost, and process everything with just a few clicks. For now, please contact us and we will assist you with your bandwidth upgrade.

How to Pay an Outstanding Balance

To pay an outstanding balance on your subscription:

• Log into your account
• Click on "View Previous Orders"
• Click on "Details" for the order that you placed when you ordered MailUp. The order details page will contain your subscription ID and the e-mail address associated with the subscription.
• Click on the link to manage your subscription. If you are not automatically logged in, use the subscription ID and e-mail to do so.
• You will be logged into the SubscriptionBridge Customer Center (SubscriptionBridge is the subscription management system that we are using).
• Follow the instructions on the screen to pay the outstanding balance.
