There are many ways to find answers to your question. One way is to do a search on all of our Web properties (this web site, our knowledge base, our documentation, etc.):

You are having a 'Send Block' problem when the issue is preventing you from sending a message. For example, you cannot access your MailUp console or you cannot add a message to the sending queue.
You can just enter the list number. It's shown in the drop-down in the top-left navigation, where you select the List to work with.
Enter the message title or the message ID. You can see the message ID when the message has been added to the queue. If the problem does not pertain to a specific message, you can enter 'All' (i.e. 'all messages').
Enter the address to which the message was sent, or the group you selected and which filters where used. Please note that - for a variety of reasons - there are cases in which a message may take up to 3 days to be delivered. For example, the destination server may be unreachable and MailUp will try to resend the message. Wrong addresses are updated on average every 12 hours.
If an error occurred, please copy it and paste it here. Errors are typically shown in RED. If there was no error, you do not need to fill out this form.
If the issue pertains a signup form, please enter the URL of the form. Load the form with the browser and copy and paste here the address shown in the browser address field.
Please provide as much details as possible with regard to how we can replicate the problem. The same feature can sometimes be accessed in different ways, so it is very important for us to know which steps you took before the issue appeared.
