Where can I manage my profile, view invoices and make new purchases?

Directly from the platform, in the My billing plan area, which you can access by clicking on the profile icon at the top right; or from the MailUp website homepage by clicking on the Login button at the top right: after logging in, click on the My billing plan icon. In the My billing plan area, you can:
  • choose and change the platform edition
  • check old and new invoices
  • buy and pay for extra administrators and SMS credits online
  • check the platform’s expiry date
  • edit your personal data and billing data.
