Sorry, but we are not in the position to review and sign our customers' Data Processing Agreements.

Article 2.3 of our end user license agreement, as possibly supplemented by the Data Processing Agreement sent to your administrative contact as specified on the platform, already contains the appointment of MailUp as data controller.

We are sorry but, given the high number of customers and the variability of the types of requests, it is not possible for us to complete every single assessment questionnaire.

If the subject of the report refers to mailings sent directly from MailUp (i.e. with sender, or, any request must be sent to the email address

Otherwise, any request must be addressed directly to the owner of the personal data, as indicated in the message received.

If such owner cannot be identified or if you want to report any alleged violation of the processing of personal data by one of our customers, please forward a report to our Abuse team by filling out the form at this link or emailing

MailUp acts as Data Controller when it processes the data of its employees, consultants or suppliers, or of users who fill out forms or subscribe to our newsletters via the website

MailUp acts, instead, as Data Processor when it treats personal data (email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses and data generated by the use of the MailUp platform) necessary to perform our job and send out our customers’ campaigns.

Sure! The MailUp platform and its infrastructure are fully compliant with the provisions of the European Regulation n. 679/2016 (GDPR).If you want more information, including the location of the MailUp servers and the technical and organizational measures implemented for the protection of personal data, you can find all the answers in the GDPR information hub on our site.
